| 1. To
reserve your trip, a firm order is necessary and full payment in due
course or you may sign-up for my easy payment plan. No trip is
confirmed until full payment is received. |
| 2. Prices
include taxes and the services described for the particular visit chosen.
Restaurant, entrance fees, and other extras requested by the traveler are
also payable before the visit. Unforeseen expenses are payable
after the visit. |
| 3. Traveler
Cancellation: In the event of traveler cancellation,
in writing, more than two months before the visit, your payment will be
refunded in full, minus 15% of your total order for handling and bank
charges and fees. In case of cancellation by the traveler less than
two months before the visit, the entire sum is due and no refund
will be paid. |
| 4. In the
event that Travels with Lockland must cancel a visit for any reason, I
will fully refund the tour price and such refund shall constitute full
settlement to the travelers. Travels with Lock is not responsible for
any additional expenses that may be incurred by a traveler due to a
canceled tour, e.g. purchase of more expensive tours, delays, additional
lodging… |
| 5. Travels
with Lockland is not responsible for the cancellation of a service offered
by a third-party provider (museum, theatre, etc... ). In such cases, I
will propose a similar service to the traveler. In cases where the
replacement service is shorter, or of an inferior quality, the client will
be refunded in proportion to the cost of the part of the service which
could not be honored. |
| 6. In the
case of dispute, we will request arbitration from a neutral person or
authority agreed upon together by both parties. |
| 7. Travels
with Lockland is not responsible for any accident, theft, or damage during
a trip. If you have any

| 8. Travelers
must be 18 years of age or older. |
| 9. The
prices shown are U.S. dollars per person, based on double occupancy, and
subject to availability.Prices quoted for land arrangements are subject to
increase without notice. Once we have received your deposit, land prices
are guaranteed. Airfares included as part of air-inclusive tour prices are
subject to increase and are guaranteed only from the time that full
payment is received. Air-inclusive prices include air from Orlando Int'l
Airport (MCO), air from other
U.S. airports is available at an additional cost. |
