Look at what two weeks brings to our lives.  We now have a new President-Elect, and something else that I never believed possible has started to happen.  The Big Three Domestic Automakers* are all on the verge of bankruptcy and are requesting federal aid to bail them out.  (*the fact that we now have to say "Domestic" in that phrase, because the Japanese are more innovative than us, aggravates me to no end).  I know now that we in this country do in fact need a change.  A change to the smart way of doing things.  It is nigh time that the demos of this democracy act.  I don't want nor intend to get off on a political tangent though.

This has been a busy time in my life. I have been busy at the house working on projects of all types these past two weeks which is why I missed posting last week and for that I apologize.  I got lost in my sketchpad.  I wish to I could work on more than one thing at one time but it seems that when I do I tend to lose my train of thought.  So when the design neurons in my cranium start to fire I have no choice but to appease them.  The same happens at the canvas.  I either paint for hours non-stop or I don't paint at all.   There are also times where I can't write fast enough.  And lucky for you I am in that frame of mind right now.

The busy part of the season is fast approaching and I have yet to even pull out the Christmas lights.  For some reason this holiday season hasn't settled in yet.  I normally have planned out the lights and checked for burnt bulbs by now.  Of course as I keep purchasing more and more lights each year I will have eventually phase out all the incandescent bulbs in my collection for LED's.  There will eventually be a day when I will no longer have to worry about burnt bulbs.  Though this year unless they drop drastically in price I won't be buying any.  Maybe next year.  Although this is the year that I believe I am going to take the widescreen plunge.

Being as there are so many pages of this site still left uncompleted and I am going to sign off for now and get busy on the other pages that require my attention.
